Scenario:
A group of terrorists are about to take a politician and his guests hostage at his villa in the Italian hills. The counter terrorists have intercepted terrorist communications and are rushing to the scene, arriving just as the terrorists are seizing the compound. 

Note: Intelligence reports there are possible hostage rescue zones in the rear garden and front gate.

Install:
Just extract the zip with paths intact to your counterstrike folder. If you prefer installing manually here's where everything goes:

Mini FAQ:

Q: Why did u add all these textures to your wad when they already exist in wads for official maps?
A: CS is constantly being updated. As such, maps come and go. I'm not prepared to suddenly have missing textures because valve decided to remove a map, and now new players don't have the texture. I realise the chances are slim but I'd rather have my map look right.

Q:Why did u repackage the opera wav?
A:The original wav had a sampling rate error. I simply fixed the error. The credit still goes to the author of italy (GlanC)

Q: villa? isn't this supposed to be some town or something?
A:Dictionary.com says: "1.The often large, luxurious country house of a well-to-do person. 
2.A country estate with a substantial house."

Q: Will you map for mod xxx?
A: I'm flattered but no. I don't have much time to spend mapping. It's something I do only occasionaly.

Q:I just started mapping, can I email you with questions.
A:I can't garantee I'll answer emails, so if you don't hear from me don't be offended.
